 iSyncKit Pulse – Exciting Updates and Upcoming Features

MacroAgility is excited to share the latest updates and upcoming features in our iSyncKit suite. Here’s what’s new:

SharePoint, FileShare, and Migration Tools

  • SharePoint Connector for FileShare Collection: You can now migrate documents directly from SharePoint to iManage Cloud.
  • FileShare Migration: We’ve added the ability to collect and migrate security using the CSV Connector.
  • Coming Soon – Fileshare Export to CSV: You’ll soon be able to export fileshare collection data to CSV (currently in QA).
 

Backup, Sync, and Content Deletion

  • Export Master Backup Capability: This feature allows you to back up selected or all workspaces and keep them synced with a scheduled job. It will automatically rerun to bring in new and modified files, ensuring everything stays up-to-date.
  • Coming Soon – Export and Delete Content from iManage: This feature is in the testing phase and will allow for the deletion of content from iManage.
 

Search, Metadata, and Reporting

  • Search Workspaces: You can now search workspaces in the Search Dialog box using any metadata.
  • RPT Enhancements: We’ve added the ability to manually select total quotes for stats calculations, billable users, and additional space.
  • Coming Soon – iReports – SQL Script for Custom Reports: This feature is currently in the QA phase.
 

Uplift Migration Enhancements

  • Preferred Library Selection: Users can now choose between the source library or target library during migration.
  • My Matters Subscribers Migration Improvements: Enhancements have been made to improve the migration of My Matters subscribers.
  • Workspace Validation: This feature is complete. Currently in QA
  • Delete Content Post-Migration: After migrating a few workspaces, you can now delete content from the source.
  • Coming Soon – Non-supervised Import for Uplift: Testing is underway to determine the ability to migrate a few matters using non-supervised import.
  • Coming Soon – Document Shortcuts for Uplift Consolidation: Document shortcuts will soon work with consolidation.

 

Upcoming Conversion Tools

  • Coming Soon – EML to MSG Conversion Tool: This tool is pending a final check and will be released soon.
